Title:
[BUG] Sidebar sessions get merged into one group after switching accounts
Body:
Description
When switching the active account (e.g. from one Claude account to another work account) in the Code sidebar, all sessions get collapsed/merged into a single group instead of staying organized under their respective project groupings (e.g. VNDR, ELÛNA, KNEAUK, Ungrouped).
Steps to reproduce
Open Claude Code with multiple projects/sessions visible in the sidebar, organized into groups.
Switch the active account to a different one.
Observe the sidebar: all sessions are now bundled into one group instead of remaining under their original project groupings.
Expected behavior
Session grouping in the sidebar should persist across account switches.
Actual behavior
Account switching flattens/merges all sidebar groups into one.
Environment
Claude Code desktop app, macOS (Darwin 25.5.0)
