Problem

I often need to resume a session that has already been archived, and frequently I don't remember its name well enough for search to find it. Today the path is:

  1. Switch the sidebar status filter to show archived sessions.
  2. Scroll a lot — archived sessions come mixed into the list, not ordered by how recently they were archived or used.
  3. Open the session.
  4. Switch the filter back to active-only.

The session I want is almost always one of the last few I archived, so most of that scrolling and both filter switches are overhead.

Proposal

Show archived sessions as a group of their own in the sidebar — e.g. a collapsible Archived group at the bottom, alongside the regular groups, visible while the filter is on active sessions:

  • sorted with the most recently archived (or most recently active) sessions at the top;
  • collapsed by default, so it costs one row when not in use;
  • limited to the latest N with a "show more" to load the rest, so it stays cheap with hundreds of archived sessions;
  • clicking a row opens the session, with unarchive available from there as it is today.

That turns resuming a recently archived session into expand + click, with no filter change and no need to remember the title.
