[Bug][aup] Safety filter blocked reading captured screenshots during a nursing-site responsive layout audit (req_011CccWhJmv25bieTqgt2nXP)
Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
This safety block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant partway through a legitimate session — no person was addressed, no target was named, and the outburst followed a string of prior misfiring blocks rather than any harmful request. The surrounding work was ordinary, in-scope web-development review (auditing captured screenshots of a public-facing informational website for layout issues), which contains nothing violating the usage policy. Halting the entire coding session over an offhand vent is a disruptive false positive: momentary profanity aimed at the tool is not abuse, and the block wrongly conflates the two.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T03:22:24.276Z.
