[BUG] /terminal-setup command missing

What's Wrong?

The /terminal-setup command no longer seems to exist
And in wezterm, using shift+enter is not creating a newline

The docs say to use /terminal-setup https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/terminal-config
but that command doesn't exist?

What Should Happen?

The command should exist
