What's Wrong?

I has used Claude app on Window for a long while. Then an update came, the app cannot be opened anymore.
I checked some solutions and try to reinstall the app. And now I cannot install the app back either.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to succesfully install the app as before and smoothly using it.
