[BUG] /terminal-setup command missing.

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

<!-- What actually happened --> Command is not found. If typed anyway, it is sent to Claude who replies with the expected messaging around "I see you typed..."
