[Bug][aup] One-word clarifying question blocked during profile-corruption logon troubleshooting (req_011CccL5EF9RxNyR4QcdZCXf)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safeguard flagged a one-word clarifying question from the user ("what?" in response to an assistant summary that was cut off mid-sentence) during a routine, in-scope IT diagnostics session investigating slow logons caused by recurring user-profile corruption on managed infrastructure. The flagged message contained no harmful content, request, or target — it was an ordinary conversational follow-up asking the assistant to re-explain its previous report. Blocking the entire coding session on a benign clarification mid-task is a disruptive false positive on legitimate systems-administration work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:03:02.186Z.
