[FEATURE] Show which sessions/routines need my input, without opening each one

Problem Statement
I run a large number of scheduled/routine Claude Code sessions in parallel (currently close to 100). Some of these sessions pause and need an in-chat permission or action from me before they can continue (for example approving a tool call, or answering a clarifying question). Right now there is no way to see, across all sessions/routines at a glance, which ones are sitting blocked and waiting on my input. I have to open each session individually just to check whether it needs anything from me, which does not scale once you are running dozens of routines at once. A blocked session can sit unnoticed for a long time simply because nothing surfaces it.
Proposed Solution
A dashboard-level indicator across sessions/routines, for example a badge, filter, or a single "needs your input" view, that shows which ones currently have a pending action waiting on the user. That would make it possible to jump straight to the sessions that need attention instead of opening every session to check.
