[Bug] Excessive token consumption: 700M tokens charged in single day

Question

**Bug Description**

Overcharging usage credits, we ended up with 700 million tokens in just one day for just 3 sessions there was a window when we were getting charged 100 million tokens within 5 minutes. The support and sales team has be unresponsive, almost feeling like they are doing us a favor.

Are people really paying $300 per session? How does any of this makes sense it is obviously some kind of error.
