No working scroll in Claude Code's terminal UI right now in WebStorm.

What's Wrong?

I cannot scroll in the terminal that has claude in my WebStorm IDE. I cant see previous answers to the questions I asked because I cant scroll up or down, its very inconveniencing.
it brings this error when I try using shift +scroll or shift + up/down

What Should Happen?

It should allow me to scroll up and down so that i can see previous conversations

Open the claude terminal in the IDE
Type a bunch of questions you want answers to
Try scrolling up and down to see previous answers to the questions
it doesnt work
