[Bug] MacWhisper fn key shortcut not working in WebStorm Claude plugin

Bug Description

MacWhisper's fn key dictation shortcut fails to function within the Claude WebStorm plugin interface. The shortcut works correctly in:

Native macOS terminals (Whisper/iTerm)
WebStorm's built-in terminal
This suggests a plugin-specific compatibility issue where the WebStorm plugin environment may be intercepting or blocking the fn key event, preventing MacWhisper from receiving the keyboard shortcut trigger.

Expected behavior: MacWhisper's fn key shortcut should activate dictation within the Claude WebStorm plugin interface.

Actual behavior: The fn key shortcut is non-responsive in the plugin, though it functions normally in other environments.
