[Bug] Terminal cursor visibility inverted in PyCharm/WebStorm terminal

Bug Description
Claude code in Pycharm/Webstorm Terminal (not the extension) does not show the cursor (blinky thingy) when typing or moving it. It seems to be the inverted behavior or a normal cursor: a normal cursor shows solid when being moved or when typing, and blinks when stopped, but in claude code in this terminal, the cursor doesn't show when typing or moving, and blinks when stopped.
