What's Wrong?

Hi Anthropic Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring connectivity issue while using Claude Code (VS Code extension). The error appears frequently during active sessions:

API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET)

Details:

The error occurs repeatedly, interrupting ongoing tasks mid-session
It is not a one-time occurrence — it keeps coming back
My internet connection is stable and working fine with other services
I am not using a VPN
Environment:

Tool: Claude Code (VS Code Extension)
OS: macOS
Model: claude-sonnet-4-6
This is significantly affecting my productivity as conversations get interrupted without warning. Please look into whether there is a server-side stability issue or if there is a fix/workaround available.
