[BUG] API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET)

What's Wrong?

Just have a conversation in Claude code is returning a API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET) often. Every 10 minutes or so it loses its connections in this manner.

What Should Happen?

This error should not happen
