[Feature Request] Improve headless/non-browser authentication flow for remote systems

**Bug Description**
I generally have good success using CC, but an exception is using it to try to get CC running on a VM on a remote Linux box. It suggests things that don't work and generally fails to make useful suggestions to troubleshoot a process that is basically broken to start with. It really shouldn't be so difficult to authorize a session on a system without a browser. I have wasted too much time and money on this. I do not intend to try CC on a headless Linux again unless you fix the
