[Bug] `claude agents` command fails when logged out with no re-authentication flow

Bug Description
The claude agents is logged out and doesn't let me log back in. It's also unable to reach the internet/DNS. I can spin up individual claude sessions, but there's no way I can find to restart the fleet view/functionality.
