[FEATURE] enable claude code alert when done performing tasks on variety of terminal

Problem Statement

We are using claude code on different kind of terminal, from iterm2, to vscode, to vibe tree. What is necessary is a mechanism so that claude code consistently notify the user when it's done a task, regarless of the terminal. We want to know the internal mechanism of how claude code is sending notification and what is necessary of terminal, especially xterm.js terminal so that it can support claude code notification

Publish the mechanism of how claude code is creating notification and a guideline on how any terminal can handle them.
