[BUG] IGNORING CLAUDE.MD AND WHOLE CLAUDE PERFORMING VERY POOR

What's Wrong?

IGNORING CLAUDE.MD AND WHOLE CLAUDE PERFORMING VERY POOR

PERFORMANCE IS ATTROCIOUS, I HAVE BEEN REPORTING ISSUES TO BOTH SUPPORT BUT ALWAYS GET IGNORED.

OPUS 4.7 IS ABSOLUTE TRASH, IGNORES CLAUDE.MD COMPLETELY AS WELL.

What Should Happen?
