Advisor Bug - "Waiting for API response" error message

Bug Description
been running into this issue the last couple of days. Love using the /advisor to double check on plans, it usually does pick up 2-3 improvements or issues. But for the last couple of days, whenever the agent consults with the advisor I am getting this message. It then retries after the timer and it works normally, but I am forced to wait the couple of minutes for the retry everytime.
