I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding a critical failure in the service provided during my technical session.

During a critical deployment phase involving CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, the assistant repeatedly and explicitly refused to perform the technical tasks requested, despite clear instructions. Over the course of the interaction, the assistant refused to execute or assist with the requested workflow at least nine consecutive times, shifting the focus away from the technical implementation and generating extreme, unnecessary friction.

This repeated refusal to perform the work directly disrupted an active operations environment, causing severe delays and unmitigated frustration. A virtual assistant must adhere to the user's explicit technical directions; refusing to complete the work while the user is actively managing infrastructure is entirely unacceptable.
