[Bug][cyber] Block fires on drone USB enumeration using existing open-source tools (req_011CcUFo2LqcYeErkLSon6Jb)

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The block occurred during legitimate embedded-systems and device-integration work: enumerating USB interfaces, detecting a serial port, and identifying a USB network adapter that a consumer device exposes when connected — all standard hardware bring-up tasks. None of the conversation involved exploit development, credential attacks, or offensive techniques; the assistant was reading kernel device nodes and network interface state exposed by a plugged-in consumer device. The cybersecurity classifier appears to have triggered on USB enumeration and network-interface vocabulary, which are also routine in hardware debugging and SDK integration contexts with no malicious intent.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-06-27T18:42:07.468Z.
