[FEATURE] Desktop app: option to dock the terminal panel to the bottom

Problem Statement

In the desktop app, when the terminal panel is opened it appears on the right, beside the chat panel. There's no way to dock it to the bottom instead.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle to dock the terminal panel to the bottom (below the chat) instead of the right, persisted across sessions.

Priority

Medium — ergonomics, especially on wide monitors.
