[Feature Request] Add option to disable auto-scroll to bottom after response completion

Bug Description
Feature request: option to disable auto-scroll to bottom after response completes (or keep viewport anchored at start of latest response). Currently must scroll up manually to read response from beginning. Settings.json flag or env var preferred.
