[BUG] Claude loses access to GitHub Repository

What's Wrong?

I created a project in the app, added my GitHub repository and started working on it, with Claude being able to see every file in the repo.
Later in the day, I made a few changes and then pushed them on GitHub.
The next morning, I asked Claude to pull the new version and he said he didn't have access to the repo, asked for the url and even that didn't work.

He asked me to paste him every file that I changed on my own.

What Should Happen?

Claude should pull the latest version of the repo on GitHub.
