The GitHub integration is not working correctly in Claude Code.

GitHub account: Neirosystema
Repository: Neirosystema/scg-flip-finder
Branch: main

The repository exists and is public.

The Claude GitHub App was installed with read and write access to this repository. However, Claude Code does not recognize the repository and shows:

“Repository missing? Install the Claude GitHub App in a private repository to access it here.”

I have already disconnected and reconnected the GitHub integration and reauthorized access, but the problem remains.

Please check or reset the GitHub/Claude Code repository synchronization for my account.

What were you trying to do?

I was trying to select Neirosystema/scg-flip-finder in Claude Code so Claude Code can work with the repository and commit changes to the main branch.

What happened instead?

Claude Code does not recognize the repository. It shows:

“Repository missing? Install the Claude GitHub App in a private repository to access it here.”

The repository Neirosystema/scg-flip-finder exists, but I cannot select it in Claude Code.
