---Subscription-authed Claude Code billing API credits instead of the Team plan

After a forced "re-login to Claude Console" on 2026-06-25, Claude Code sessions started draining our org's API credit balance instead of the Team plan allowance. Never happened in weeks of identical daily use. On re-auth I selected "Claude account with subscription" every time, not "Anthropic Console account."

Verified subscription-authed, not a stray key: credential subscriptionType: team, scopes user:*; no ANTHROPIC_API_KEY/ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN in env, shell history, rc, or settings; no apiKeyHelper. So OAuth/subscription traffic is being routed to the API credit pool — a billing-routing regression.

Expected: subscription Claude Code bills the Team plan. Actual: it bills API credits. Please confirm whether the Jun 25 forced re-login changed billing routing/defaults. Account details available privately on request.
