[FEATURE] No about screen or version visible in desktop application

Problem Statement

I would like to see the version of the Claude Desktop application on an about screen or at least with a /version or /claude-version command.

Proposed Solution

Add an About modal to the desktop application

Alternative Solutions

Add a /version or /claude-version command that will display the version to the user.

1. Need to report a bug to Anthropic, waste time trying to figure out the version I have. Now I can see quickly.

1. New feature or slash command is released, want to see if I have the feature available on my version I dont want to restart or upgrade app in middle of a session and lose cache context.
