[BUG] Usage ring has disappeared on Claude Desktop in Windows

What's Wrong?

The Usage Ring which used to appear next to the model picker on Claude Desktop is no longer there.

Here is a screenshot:

The documentation page says "Click the usage ring next to the model picker to see your current context window usage and your plan usage for the period. Context usage is per session; plan usage is shared across all your Claude Code surfaces."

What Should Happen?

The Usage Ring should appear next to the model picker to I can click it quickly and easily to see where I am at with my limits as I proceed through my work.

  1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows
  2. Look next to the model picker in the message box of any new or existing session for the Usage Ring
