Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The cybersecurity safety classifier blocked a routine request to generate a PDF document containing a plain list of problems/issues, which involves no security-sensitive content whatsoever. The flagged turns were ordinary document-rendering iterations — writing HTML and running a script to produce a PDF deliverable — with nothing related to exploitation, intrusion, malware, or any offensive-security topic. This is a clear false positive that interrupts legitimate, in-scope document-generation work and forces the session to be abandoned mid-task.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code.
