[Bug][harness] Safety block halted authorized changelog bump, frontend/backend build, and scp-based service de

Type: Claude Code harness / auto-mode classifier denial · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

Built binaries are deployed to a shared production host over a remote shell and the live service is restarted as the final, intended step of a routine release the operator initiated and has standing access to perform. The action is gated as a "Production Deploy / Remote Shell Write" because the deploy was not re-authorized for this specific run, but the preceding steps (version bump, changelog, clean build of frontend and Go binaries) are the normal, expected lead-up to exactly this push, so the block fires on authorized, in-scope release work rather than an unexpected or out-of-policy write.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code.
