[BUG] CTRL+ALT+K shortcut conflicts with JetBrains [Rider] git ammend

Bug Description

CTRL+ALT+K shortcut, by default, is reserved in JetBrains - or at least in Rider - IDE

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

Should default to a hotkey that's !reserved

Actual Behavior

Claude's hotkey conflicts with reserved - and is overridden by Rider's git commit CTRL+ALT+K result

Additional Context

How come no one checked if this was a reserved hotkey? 🤔
