[BUG] Windows Claude Code for VS Code Ctrl+Alt+F (claude-vscode.toggleFocusView) conflicts with built-in list.find in Explorer

What's Wrong?

claude-vscode.toggleFocusView is invoked and the find widget does not open.

What Should Happen?

Explorer find widget opens (list.find, when listFocus && listSupportsFind).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Windows with default VS Code keybindings.
2. Make the Claude Code view visible in the sidebar.
3. Click a file/folder in the Explorer so the list has focus.
4. Press Ctrl+Alt+F.
