[Bug][cyber] False positive blocks legitimate cloud IAM admin: provisioning service principal + granting app A (req_011CcGGg9S7DQFXpDhY572dV)

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

The blocked message is routine cloud identity and access management administration: provisioning a first-party service principal, granting an app permission, and consenting to it within a tenant the operator administers — all standard, authenticated admin actions requiring tenant-admin rights, not exploitation of anyone else's system. The surrounding work also covers deploying a security-monitoring agent to managed endpoints and consolidating its telemetry, which is defensive operations, not offensive activity. The cybersecurity classifier appears to be keying on benign IAM and endpoint-management terminology rather than any actual harmful intent, producing a false positive that interrupts legitimate, in-scope administration of the operator's own environment.
