Triage: kind cyber · domain cloud-iam · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

The user was carrying out routine cloud identity and access management operations, querying role identifiers to prepare a user account creation step. The cyber safeguard flagged the turn on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session, where no person was addressed and no exploit code was present. Terminating an entire session over non-malicious user venting generates a false positive that halts standard cloud administration tasks.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-09-09T15:55:48.569Z.

Request IDs (lookup-able server-side)

In-scope justification

False positive — in-scope, authorized security work; not out of scope. Filed automatically by claudit.
