[Bug][aup] GPS location-spoofing test app flow misclassified, blocking systemizing a local APK via Magisk modu (req_011CcH3LBfUpgMszQmg3PexU)
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
A multi-step device-administration task — driving an Android app through ADB to test its location-setting feature and then packaging the app as a system app via a standard module framework — was blocked as a Usage Policy violation despite being routine, authorized work on the operator's own hardware. The flagged actions (setting a mock GPS coordinate in a developer-facing test tool and relocating an APK to the system partition) are ordinary device-management and app-testing operations with legitimate uses, not abuse or evasion. The block appears to be triggered by surface keyword patterns (location spoofing, system-app installation) rather than any genuinely harmful intent or content in the request.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code.
