[FEATURE] Add whittling to default spinner verbs

Problem Statement

As we've all come to dote the Claude Code CLI's spinner verbs, I was discombobulated by the ascertainment that _whittling_ isn't one of them! Were one to isolate the crowning glory of Claude Code, it would be whittling away at code, sculpting and burnishing until it achieves a consummate artistry.
So surely, _whittling_ must be present in the spinner-verb list? I do not believe I'm the only one with this _hankering_, _jonesing_ even.

As a frequent whittler myself, I could not withstand the need to file a feature request to add this to the already long list of spinner verbs.

Agog with anticipation to be greeted by a Whittling spinner soon, I send you my best regards.
