[Feature Request] Improve multi-option prompt formatting for clearer responses

Bug Description
Claude has a bad habit of asking a yes/no question, ending with a question mark, and then adding another question after that that is another option, also yes/no. That makes it impossible for me to answer simply to Claude's paired questions. I'd far rather instead of "Should I X? Or should I Y?" Claude phrase it as "Should I a) X or b) Y?" so that I can respond with a or b.
