[Feature Request] Improve CLI UX with clearer action selection and execution feedback

Bug Description
The current UX/UI for Claude Code in CLI is very difficult and hard to use :options thay one will expect to be at the end , are hidden at the top presenting arrows to browse and switrch , fork , copy but no meaningful option to continue or select the numbered actions offered - I really really struggle to used - we press enter and we don't know if it advancing , hanging , etc
