[Bug] Anthropic API Error: ECONNRESET connection reset during message requests with excessive retry loops

Describe the issue below:

Really fed up with that , started on Sunday - and each day now !!!Debug shows repeated:
[API REQUEST] /v1/messages
[ERROR] API error (attempt N/11): undefined Connection error
final: ECONNRESET / socket closed unexpectedly

Reproduces on home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot.
curl to api.anthropic.com is healthy.
Happens across multiple current Claude Code sessions, even after compacting.
Claude Code gets stuck for 10–20 minutes in retry loops.
Please escalate to Claude Code/API engineering.
