:GitHub app not installed modal despite app installed (personal repo)

What's Wrong?

When I try to start a Claude Code task and select a GitHub repository, Claude shows a "GitHub app not installed" modal asking me to install the Claude GitHub app.

However, I've already confirmed on github.com/settings/installations that the Claude GitHub App IS installed on my account (ChengZ-cyber), with Repository access set to "All repositories" and full read/write permissions. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the same modal keeps appearing every time.

What Should Happen?

Claude should recognize that the GitHub app is already installed and let me select a repository, instead of repeatedly showing the "GitHub app not installed" modal.

Error Messages/Logs

Modal text: "GitHub app not installed. The Claude GitHub app must be installed on your repository to use Claude Code. Install it to enable Claude to create branches and open pull requests."

This appears on the Claude mobile app (Android) every time I try to create a new task and select a repository.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Claude GitHub App on github.com (account: ChengZ-cyber), with Repository access set to "All repositories"
2. Open the Claude mobile app (Android) and go to Claude Code
3. Type a message to start a new task (e.g. "test")
4. A "GitHub app not installed" modal appears immediately, even though the app is confirmed installed on GitHub's side
5. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Claude GitHub App via github.com/settings/installations — same modal still appears
6. Tried tapping "Install GitHub app" again from the modal — no visible response/redirect
