[BUG] "GitHub app not installed" modal on mobile despite app being installed (personal repo)

What's Wrong?

On the Claude mobile app, selecting a GitHub repository in Claude Code shows a "GitHub app not installed" modal, even though the Claude GitHub app is already installed with full read/write access to all repositories.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Claude mobile app
2. Navigate to Claude Code
3. Attempt to connect a personal GitHub repository
4. Modal appears: "The Claude GitHub app must be installed on your repository to use Claude Code. Install it to enable Claude to create branches and open pull requests."

Expected Behavior
The app recognizes the existing GitHub installation and proceeds normally.

Actual Behavior
The modal appears every time, blocking Claude Code usage entirely on mobile.

Environment

• Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
• OS: Android 14 (One UI 6.1, latest available)
• App version: 26030217
• Repo type: Personal
• GitHub app permissions: Full read/write access to all repositories

Related Issues
Possibly related to #27155, where personal repos are not recognized in the repo picker on Claude web despite the app being installed. Both suggest the app installation may not be correctly detected for personal accounts.

What Should Happen?

The repository should be accessible and Claude Code should launch without prompting to install the GitHub app.
