Request to update CHANGELOG.md with releases

It seems releases are published before the changelog is updated. For example, version 1.0.98 is already released and pushed via auto-update but the changelog still only lists 1.0.97. This creates confusion and makes it unclear what changed in the latest version without extra digging into commits or release notes elsewhere.

Having the changelog always updated at the same time as the release would give immediate visibility into changes and improve overall transparency.
