[Bug] Model persists with unverified diagnosis instead of systematic troubleshooting

Question

**Bug Description**
A function that has worked before is not available to the current session. The model claimed it was because something (remctl) wasn't installed. I challenged that and the model found it was installed but the problem was an app wasn't open. Challenged and confirmed wrong, the model is insistent that the cause it guesses but doesn't verify is the problem.

Later claimed it had deleted all tests, but test data persisted.
