[Bug] Weekly usage limit unexpectedly increased without API calls

Bug Description
I noticed an unexpected jump in my weekly usage limit today. At approximately 10:00 UTC on June 18, 2026, I had 75% of my weekly limit used with 25% remaining. At 19:00 UTC the same day, my weekly usage showed 100% with no remaining capacity. I did not use Claude between these times. I'm aware there was an active incident affecting Claude.ai identified around 07:41 UTC today. I suspect this may be related. Could you please investigate my account's usage logs for June 18 to determine if this was a system-side issue? If the usage was incorrectly applied, I'd appreciate having my weekly limit restored.
