[Bug] Session limit consumption rate increased unexpectedly

Bug Description
I’ve been using Claude-Code for quite some time, and over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that my session limit is being used up much faster than it was at first, even though I’m still on the same plan. What could be causing this?
