[Bug] Claude simultaneously displays prompts and numbered options instead of sequential interaction

Bug Description
IUI Prompt Conflict - Simultaneous display of selection options and feedback request

When using claude-code, the interface occasionally displays numbered selection options (e.g., 1-4) simultaneously with a request for feedback. This creates a confusing user experience, as typing a selection number is often interpreted as feedback input rather than a menu selection.

It would be helpful if these prompts were displayed sequentially (The focused input taking center stage instead of being a footnote), or did not have identical response formats to avoid input errors.
