[BUG] Copilot not responding to inquiry through the portal

What's Wrong?

When I submit a question through either the Get tenant or the Implement tenant, Copilot hangs and never responds. it does work through the Teams interface and it will create a case after it times out.

What Should Happen?

Claude should provide a response to the question.
