[BUG] Code & Cowork not responding

What's Wrong?

Both Claude Cowork and Claude Code are completely unresponsive on macOS 26. The UI loads fine but ignores all prompts entirely — no acknowledgment, no response, nothing.
Steps already tried:

Updated to the latest version of the Claude app
Quit and relaunched the app
Cleared the VM bundle cache (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/vm_bundles)
Signed out and back in
Submitted multiple support tickets with no response

Issue has been ongoing for several days. Regular Claude chat (claude.ai in app) works fine.

What Should Happen?

It should at least provide a response, or error message.
