Bug Description
I would like to request a feature. when I quit claude by hitting ctrl + c twice, I see a message Resume this session with:
claude --resume 4504af11-b109-ab95-1ee9-7adeebf76d5b. I would like it if the conversation name get printed out as well. maybe something like "Resume this session, my-foo-parity-task, with:". just seeing "claude --resume 323..." doesn't help me know what the session was doing. having the session name or conversation name get printed out near the resume command would help a lot. thanks!
