[BUG] Groups disappear after restarting Claude desktop app

What's Wrong?

"Groups disappear after restarting Claude desktop app"

What Should Happen?

After I configured the MCP, it suggested restarting.
The groups I created should still be there, but now they've all disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I created a group in the left sidebar of Claude.ai to categorize sessions.
2. I restarted Claude.
3. I reopened Claude.
4. I found that all the groups I had created were gone.
